Who Qualifies?
• Canadian resident with no private dental insurance
• Adjusted family net income under $90,000
• Filed your taxes for the previous year (required for eligibility)

How Much Is Covered?
• Under $70,000 family income → 75%-100% covered of the CDCP fee guide
• $70,000–$79,999 → 60% covered of the CDCP fee guide
• $80,000–$89,999 → 40% covered of the CDCP fee guide
Complete dentures, partial dentures, relines, and repairs are all included in the fee guide. Pre-authorization is required prior to treatment (we handle that for you).
